In the bedrooms there are 2 single beds / tiwn (for people of any age to sleep), and in the living room and dining room there is a double sofa bed for 2 people that can sleep up to 2 people of any age.
So maximum occupancy for apartments is:
- 1 Bedroom Apartment *: sleeps up to 2 people in a bedroom and up to 2 people in the sofa bed, thus a maximum total = 4 people.
- 2 Bedroom Apartment: sleeps up to 2 people in each bedroom and up to 2 people in the sofa bed, so a maximum total = 6 people.
- 3 bedroom apartment: sleeps up to 2 people in each bedroom and up to 2 people in the sofa bed, so a maximum total = 8 people.
* In the 1 Bedroom apartment for a maximum of 2 people, there is no sofa bed, the occupancy cannot exceed 2 people (children and adults).
AGE POLICIES TO DATES OF STAY
Babies: up to 2 years.
Children 2-12 years.
Adults: from 2 years onwards.
Children over 2 years old must sleep in existing beds or sofa beds.
We do not have: double or double beds, folding beds or extra beds.
We have travel baby beds for children under 2 years old, with a supplement, with their bedding sheets.
We have diferent forms of payment, depending on the dates of your stay, and if there is a discount applied with an offer, if it is high season etc. Please check the conditions of each TARIF.

No, the number of people listed in the description of the apartment is the maximum allowed, and we do not have additional beds or folding beds.
It is possible the apartment was reserved by a client that who has not made the payment in due time. The result of which means that the reservation will be canceled and the apartment becomes available.
These are the conditions which you must comply to make the reservation of an apartment. It usually consists of a prepayment or a charge to a card, within a specified period of time.
These are the conditions which will apply if you decide to cancel a confirmed booking of an apartment. The amount varies according to the dates of the reservation. You will find them in the TARIF section.
The calculated price is for the entire stay and for maximum capacity of the apartment.

Yes, with a maximum of two animals (dog or cat) per apartment and with a surcharge of 7 EUR per night and animal.
Pets are not allowed in the pool. Owners must ensure that their pet will not disturb other neighbours. Animals must always be kept on a leash in public areas such as hallways or access areas. The internal regulations applicable to the apartments must be respected.
Additional services which the customer may choose to require independently of the accommodation, such as parking, cot or highchair.
This tax was established by the catalan government in November 2012, is levied on the overnight clients over 17 years old in any tourist establishment like, hotels, campsites, cruises, tourist accommodation , etc. .. in Catalonia. In our case, this fee is 1,10 EUR per night and per person from June 2021 (VAT included), to be paid on arrival day in cash, with a maximum of 7 nights per stay. The collection of this tax, is not for us, as we give it to the Public Administration.
The apartments have a kitchenette with a hob, kitchen utensils and kitchenware, appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, moka coffee maker and toaster.
The apartment bedrooms have twin beds, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price with a change every 7 nights.
All the apartments have 1 bathroom with shower, 1 balcony/terrace with table and chairs.
We offer the renting of self-catering apartment for nights or weeks, without any associated service that is offered by other establishments such as hotels or aparthotels, except when the reservation is for a stay of more than 7 nights, as there is a service change of the bed linen and towels provided in the apartment every 7 nights.
The apartments must be reserved for a minimum of nights (2, 3 or 7) per stay. It depends on the dates of the season.
