We offer 3 options depending on occupancy and views from the balcony or terrace:
1) For up to 2 people with a balcony, ideal for couples sleeping in separate beds, friends, or people traveling alone
- 2 single beds in the bedroom (90 x 190).
- 1 sofa in the living room, table and 2 chairs.
- Furnished balcony overlooking the pool or Arquitecte Gaudi street (customer selects when booking).
Accommodations B13, B23 or B33 (not ground floor) have a small balcony overlooking the pool.
Accommodations D11, D21 or D31 (not on the ground floor) have a balcony overlooking Arquitecte Gaudí street.
The balcony is an outdoor area, ideal for having a drink, reading, enjoying a snack, etc. However, it is not suitable for hosting meals or dinners due to its limited size.
Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Allocation based on availability.
2) For up to 4 people with a balcony facing the pool or street, ideal for families with small children
- 2 single beds in the bedroom (90 x 190).
- 1 double sofa bed for two people in the living room (135 x 190). We recommend it for children.
- Furnished balcony next to the pool or Arquitecte Gaudi street, depending on the client’s reservation.
Apartments are assigned on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor (not ground floor) according to our availability and the views from the balcony reserved by the client.
The balcony is an outdoor area, ideal for having a drink, reading, enjoying a snack, etc. However, it is not suitable for hosting meals or dinners due to its limited size.
3) For up to 4 people with a poolside terrace, ideal for families with young children who want more outdoor space
- 2 single beds in the bedroom (90 x 190).
- 1 double sofa bed for two people in the living room (135 x 190). We recommend it for children.
- Furnished terrace with parasol next to the pool.
Only these ground floor accommodations have a terrace with a parasol; they do not have direct access to the pool.

In all 1-bedroom accommodations:
The living room has an air conditioning/heating unit, as well as a 40″ plasma TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, moka pot (non-electric), microwave, kitchenware and washing machine.
There are 2 single beds in the bedroom.
The accommodations feature one bathroom with a walk-in shower and screen, and a balcony (or terrace) with a table and chairs. Parasols are provided only on the terraces of ground-floor apartments.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price upon arrival. You will find them on each bed and sofa bed (if applicable). Bed linen is changed every 7 nights, but towels are not. Towels are changed at an extra charge, depending on the number of people in the booking for full accommodation, and upon request.
Air conditioning in the living room, not in the bedroom.
