We offer several options, in the Main building and in Annex C, depending on occupancy and views from the balcony or terrace:
Main Building, sides A, B and D
For up to 6 people with balcony street view, pool view or terrace, ideal for families with more space
- Master bedroom with double bed (150×190).
- Second bedroom (children’s) with two single beds (90 x 190).
- 1 double sofa bed in the living room. (135 x 190). We recommend it for children.
- Furnished balcony without parasol next to the pool or Arquitecte Gaudí street, or furnished terrace with parasol next to the pool.
Accommodations with balconies are assigned on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, according to our availability and the balcony views booked by the client.
Accommodations with a terrace are assigned on the ground floor, depending on our availability.
Air conditioning in the living room, not in the bedrooms.
Only the ground-floor accommodations have a terrace with a parasol; they do not have direct access to the pool. The terraces are spacious and offer ample room for meals and family gatherings.
The balcony is an outdoor area, ideal for having a drink, reading, enjoying a snack, etc. However, it is not suitable for hosting meals or dinners due to its limited size.
Annex Building C, at 13 Arquitecte Gaudí Street, ideal for families who want more space and autonomy

The accommodations have garden/city views and some have limited side views of the pool.

The living room has an air conditioning/heating unit, as well as a 40″ plasma TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, moka pot (non-electric), microwave, kitchenware and washing machine.
The apartments have 1 bathroom with walk-in shower with screen, and a balcony or terrace.
Sheets and towels on your arrival are included in the price You will find them on each bed and/or sofa bed (if applicable). Sheets are changed weekly for stays longer than 10 nights, but towels are not. Towel changing service has a supplement; towels are changed for the total number of people in the reservation for full accommodation.
The sofa beds are double (135 x 190), we recommend their use for children.
