Apartments in l'Estartit

Our company, Inmobiliaria Roca Maura SA, owns and manages the tourist rental of the accomodations in “Sa Gavina Gaudí Apartments”, with a total of 76 self catering apartments in l’Estartit, within the municipality of Torroella de Montgrí in Costa Brava. The complex has a community pool with a water slide and a pool area with free sun loungers.

Our apartments in l’Estartit are open during the tourist season, which usually goes from April to October each year. Check the dates in the calendar or contact us to know our season opening.

We have accomodations of 1, 2 or even 3 bedrooms, that can accomodate from 1 to 8 persons, depending on the selected apartment. The sofa bed in the lounge dining area coverts into a double bed for 2 persons, except in the 1 bedroom apartment for maximum 2 persons which is a sofa.

The Medes Islands are located just in front of the sandy beach of l’Estartit, they are approximately 2 kilometers away. They are a well known spot for scuba diving, but also an ideal place to do snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, etc.

L’Estartit has a long and extensive beach of fine sand that is located a few meters from the Sa Gavina Gaudi Apartments. The beach is recognized with the “European Blue Flag” for the quality of its waters, equipment and services. The beach from the port and ends at the mouth of the Ter river, having an approximate length of 3 kilometers. There are adequate areas for car parking. We are situated in the area known as the “Platja Gran” (Big Beach) in town.

l’Estartit is located in the heart of the Montgri, Medes Islands and Baix Ter Natural Park, it is a unique destination where you can practice nautical and land activities such as hiking, cycling, trecking, mountain biking, etc. Or… simply enjoy your holidays on the beach, in the sun, in Spain!
