CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We offer the availability to contract a personal insurance of cancellation of your reservation that includes as causes to cancel your apartment reservation: serious illness (includes Covid-19 by presenting a positive PCR test and / or official medical isolation order), personal accident, layoff, etc. Up to 28 causes of cancellation.

The insurance cancellation covers:

· Refund of payment for reservation cancellation.
· Early return: for example due to hospitalization and / or death of a family member.

The total cost of the insurance is around 3% of the reservation price.

BE AWARE:

• We will provide the link of the insurance booking within the reservation apartment confirmation email.
  
• It is possible to contract cancellation insurance up to 21 days before before arrival/ check in. Reservations that are made 21 days before the arrival date/ check in, cannot book this insurance. 
  
• You will receive the documents of the insurance 24 h later to your email, from Monday to Thursday. If you contract the insurance from Friday to Sunday, you will receive the documents on Monday.
• The cost of contracting insurance is non-refundable and its contracting is non-inclusive, the client decides whether or not to take it within the periods indicated in the policy. The contracting and payment will be made on the website of the insurance agent (ATTIS L’HOTELLERIE – Correduría de Seguros, S.L).
• Confinement or lockdown orders, traveling recommendations, restrictions or perimeter closures are not causes of cancellation included and covered by this insurance.
