Accommodation located on the ground floor, no elevator access. We only have 1 unit of this type in the Apartaments Sa Gavina complex.

The ground floor accommodation with terrace does not have direct access to the pool.

Description of the interior of all 3-bedroom accommodations:

The living room has air conditioning/heating and a 40″ TV. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, moka pot (non-electric), microwave, kitchenware, and a washing machine. The property includes one bathroom with a shower and a balcony (or terrace) with a table and chairs.

Kitchen and bathroom renovated.

Sheets and towels on your arrival are included in the price You will find them placed on each bed and/ or sofa bed (if applies). The sheets are changed every 7 nights, not the towels. The towel change service has a supplement; towels are changed according to the number of people in the booking for the entire accommodation.
