Restaurante estrella Michelin Girona

Every year, the Michelin Guide Spain & Portugal reveals the selection of restaurants included in its guide.

The province of Girona (Catalonia, Spain) is one of Europe’s leading gastronomic destinations thanks to the large number of Michelin-starred restaurants in the area.

With a unique concentration of stars per inhabitant, Girona combines local produce, culinary innovation and Catalan tradition, offering experiences that delight even the most demanding palates.

The most outstanding Michelin restaurants in Girona

El Celler de Can Roca (Girona city)

With 3 stars, it is considered one of the best restaurants in the world. The three Roca brothers (Joan, Jordi and Josep) combine innovation, art and emotion in every dish, offering a unique gastronomic experience.

If you can’t get a table, you can sample the Roca brothers’ creativity at their ice cream parlour and sandwich shop, Rocambolesc, also located in Girona city.

Les Cols (Olot)

Run by chef Fina Puigdevall and her family, Les Cols occupies an avant-garde farmhouse with its own vegetable garden, where products from the La Garrotxa region are celebrated. Its cuisine pays homage to the volcanic landscape and the territory.

Bo.Tic (Corçà)

Located in a former carriage workshop, it offers creative cuisine with the signature of chef Albert Sastregener. His dishes fuse Catalan tradition and modern techniques with a clear objective: to highlight the purity and clarity of each flavour.

Els Tinars (Llagostera)

Located on the road between Santa Cristina and Llagostera, the third generation of restaurateurs continues to focus on traditional cuisine with contemporary touches. They have managed to maintain a Michelin star since 2008.

L’Aliança 1919 d’Anglès (Anglès)

Housed in a building that was once the headquarters of the Agricultural Cooperative and a Mutual Society, this restaurant offers what it describes as a ‘creative journey to the origins of the region’. Its historic atmosphere and signature cuisine make it an essential stop for lovers of good food.

From our apartments in l’Estartit, Sa Gavina, we recommend booking any restaurant well in advance.

Combine first-class cuisine with the unique landscapes of the Costa Brava and Empordà, enjoying a complete experience between sea, mountains and flavour.
