How does the occupation of a apartment work?


SA GAVINA:

  • In the 1-bedroom Apartments for up to maximum 2 persons: two single beds in the bedroom.
  • In the 1-bedroom apartments for up to 4 persons: two single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge dining.
  • In the 2-bedroom apartments in the main building wings A, B and D (not in the annex building C) for a maximum of 6 people: a double bed 150×190 in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second children’s bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge dining.
  • In the 2-bedroom apartments in annex building C for up to 6 people: two single beds in each bedroom (main bedroom with double bed and children’s bedroom), double sofa bed in the lounge dining.
  • In the 3-bedroom apartments for a maximum of 8 people: a double bed 150×190 in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second and third bedrooms (for children), double sofa bed in the lounge dining.

In the 1-bedroom apartment for a maximum of 2 people, there is no sofa bed, the occupancy cannot exceed 2 people (children from 2 years old and adults).

AGE POLICY AT DATE OF STAY

Babies: up to 2 years old.

Adults / People: from 2 years old.

Children over 2 years old are considered adults (people) in the establishment as they must occupy a space to sleep in a bed or on the sofa bed.

We do not have folding beds or extra beds.

We have travel cots for children under 2 years old, with an additional charge, and all bedding included.

The minimum age for reservation holders is 25 years old. Minors under 18 years old may only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their stay.

What are the payment conditions?


The conditions of payment and cancellation charges are described in the conditions of each RATE.

 

At what time can I pick up the keys?


From 16h to 19h.

If you plan to arrive later, it is essential that you contact us in advance, as our office closes every day at 19h without staff to wait for you, we will arrange an alternative key delivery. A copy of the ID/passports of all the occupants of the apartment and a credit card as a guarantee will be required. There is a time limit to arrange arrival as there is no staff present or waiting for you after 19h.

At what time should I return the keys to the flat on the day of departure?


At 10h. Departures before 10h. are possible, just ask us in the office how to proceed.

If you want to extend your stay, you must make your request at the office and it will be confirmed according to availability.

 

Are there folding beds or is it possible to request extra beds? Are there any double beds?


No, the number of persons shown in the description is the maximum number of persons allowed, and we do not have additional beds or folding beds.

Regarding the type of beds, only in the 3-bedroom apartments and in the 2-bedroom apartment in the Main building (not in Annex C building), in the main master bedroom there is a double bed measuring 150 x 190. The rest of the bedrooms always have single beds measuring 90 x 190, the sofa bed is a double bed recommended for occasional use.

The description of each apartment specifies the type of beds and maximum capacity.

I could see an apartment available and now it is not. What happened?


The apartment may have been temporarily blocked for a client who was making a reservation but did not make payment within the due time. If payment is not made within the due time, the apartment is released and becomes available on the website for a new reservation within some delay time.

What are the general booking conditions?


These are the conditions that must be met in order to make a reservation. They usually consist of the advance payment of an amount on account or the charge to a card, within a certain period of time, as well as the check-in and check-out times, cancellation fees (financial penalty for cancellation outside the time agreed in the conditions) and other important details that must be accepted in order to confirm your reservation.

No. We do not have a charging station for electric cars. It is prohibited to use the accommodation’s electricity to charge external devices such as cars, scooters, etc. or any device other than our own accommodation facilities.

The calculated price is for the whole stay and for the maximum capacity of the apartment according to its description.

Do the apartments have an energy rating certificate?

Are animals allowed in the apartments?


Yes, with a maximum of 2 animals (dog or cat) per apartment and with a supplement of 7 euro per pet per night.

Owners must ensure that their pets do not disturb other residents. They must always be kept on a leash in public areas such as hallways and entrances, and must comply with the apartment’s internal regulations. Pets are not allowed in public areas such as the pool.

If you bring other domestic animals, small mammals, such as rabbits, guinea pigs, etc. The same supplement applies. They must always be in their cage or carrier to prevent them from escaping.

It is prohibited to bring reptiles (such as snakes, chameleons, etc.) or any other animals.

What supplements are not included in the rental price of the apartment?


Additional services that the client can choose to hire independently of the accommodation, such as a parking space, a safety deposit box in the apartment, a baby bed or a high chair for babies.

What equipment do the apartments have?


The apartments have a kitchenette equipped with a ceramic stove, kitchen utensils, and appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, Moka pot, and toaster.

All apartments have a bathroom with a shower and a balcony or terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

Sheets and towels on your arrival are included in the price You will find them placed on each bed and/ or sofa bed (if applies). The beds are unmade. Only the sheets are changed every 7 nights, not the towels. A towel change service comes with a supplement.

No personal hygiene products or food are provided.

Is there room service, cleaning service, luggage storage etc.?


We offer apartment rentals by the night or week, without the services associated with other types of establishments such as hotels or aparthotels. We change sheets weekly (not the towels).

When I try to book, why am I sometimes unable to select the dates I want?


There is a certain minimum number of nights to book the flats, depending on the time of the season (2, 3 or 7 nights).
