How does accommodation occupancy work?


SA GAVINA:

  • In 1 bedroom accommodations for a maximum of 2 people: two single beds in the bedroom.
  • In the 1 bedroom accommodations for a maximum of 4 people: two single beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
  • In the 2-bedroom accommodations in the main building wings A, B and D (not in the annex building C) for a maximum of 6 people: one double bed 150×190 in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second children’s bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
  • In the 2-bedroom accommodations in Annex C building for a maximum of 6 people: two single beds in each bedroom (master bedroom and children’s bedroom), double sofa bed in the living room.
  • In the 2-bedroom accommodations in Annex C building for a maximum of 6 people: two single beds in each bedroom (master bedroom and children’s bedroom), double sofa bed in the living room.

In the 1 bedroom accommodation for a maximum of 2 people, there is no sofa bed, the occupancy cannot exceed 2 people (children from 2 years old and adults).

We always recommend using the sofa bed for children or for occasional use, since the mattress of a sofa bed is not of the same density as that of a bed with its slatted base.

AGE POLICY AT DATE OF STAY

Babies: up to 2 years old.

Adults / People: from 2 years old.

Children over 2 years old are considered adults (people) in the establishment as they must occupy a space to sleep in a bed or on the sofa bed.

We do not have any extra beds or folding beds available. Overcrowding will result in eviction from the accommodation.

We have travel cots for children under 2 years old, with an additional charge, and all bedding included.

The minimum age for reservation holders is 25 years old. Minors under 18 years old may only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their stay.

What are the payment conditions?


The conditions of payment and cancellation charges are described in the conditions of each RATE.

 

What time can I pick up the keys to the accommodation?


From 16h to 19h.

If you plan to arrive later, it is essential that you contact us beforehand, as our office closes daily at 7 pm and we will arrange an alternative key collection with your cooperation. This is necessary. There is a cut-off time for arrival to minimize noise at night and avoid disturbing other guests in their accommodations.

What time should I return the keys to the accommodation on the day of departure?


At 10am. Departures before 10am are possible; we will give you instructions at the office.

If you wish to extend your stay, you must make a request at the Office and it will be confirmed according to availability and the extra price.

Is there a folding bed or the possibility of requesting extra beds? Are there any double beds?

Regarding the type of beds, only in the 3-bedroom accommodations and in the 2-bedroom accommodation in the Main building (not in Annex C), the master bedroom has a double bed of 150 x 190. The rest of the bedrooms always have single beds of 90x 190, the sofa bed is a double of 140, recommended for occasional use or for children.

The description of each accommodation specifies the type of beds and maximum capacity.

I could see an apartment available and now it is not. What happened?


The accommodation was likely temporarily blocked for a guest who had booked but failed to pay within the specified timeframe. If payment is not received within the allotted time, the apartment will be released and made available again on the website for a new booking.

What are the general booking conditions?


These are the conditions you must meet to make a reservation. They typically involve an advance payment or a credit card charge within a specific timeframe, as well as check-in and check-out times, cancellation fees (a financial penalty for cancelling outside the agreed-upon timeframe), and other important details that must be accepted to confirm the reservation.

Can I charge my electric car, scooter, etc. at the apartment or facilities? Will I have room to store my large items like wheelchair, surfboard, etc., that don’t fit in the apartment?

Can I charge my electric car, scooter, e-scooter, etc. at the accommodation or facilities?


No. We do not have electric charging stations for cars, scooters, etc. It is prohibited to use the electricity in the accomodation to charge or use any external device such as scooters, wheel chairs, air fryer etc. any type of device not included in the apartment.

Please do not plug in your own appliances, such as an air fryer, barbecue, or electric griddle, etc. If in doubt, please contact us beforehand.

Unfortunately, we do not have storage rooms or designated areas where you can leave your bulky items (roof racks for cars, surfboards, bicycles or electric motorcycles, electric wheelchairs, etc.).

Is the calculated price of each rental per person or for the whole rental?


The price calculated is for the entire stay and for the maximum capacity of people of the accommodation according to its description.

Do the accommodations have an energy rating certificate?


Yes, contact us via the form, email or phone.

Are pets allowed in the accommodations?


Yes, with a maximum of 2 animals (dog or cat) per accommodation and with a supplement of 7 euros per animal per night. We do not allow reptiles or birds.

Owners must ensure that their pet will not disturb the other residents, must always be kept on a leash in public areas such as hallways and entrances, and must comply with the internal regulations of the accommodations. Pets are not allowed in public areas such as the pool. Owners can use the elevator with their pets.

If you bring other domestic animals, small mammals, such as rabbits, guinea pigs, etc. The same supplement applies. They must always be in their cage or carrier to prevent them from escaping.

It is prohibited to bring reptiles (such as snakes, chameleons, etc.) or any other animals.

Always indicate the presence of your pet when making the reservation; failure to do so will result in a penalty and an uncomfortable situation for everyone.

What extras are not included in the accommodation rental price?


Additional services that the client can choose to contract independently of the accommodation, such as parking space, safe in the apartment, crib or high chair for babies and towel change (extra towels).

What amenities do the accommodations have?


The accommodations have an American kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, cooking utensils and kitchenware and appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, moka coffee maker and toaster.

All apartments have 1 bathroom with shower and 1 balcony or terrace furnished with table and chairs.

Bed linen, towels*, kitchen utensils, and other essentials are included in the rental price. They are provided upon arrival and are located on each bed and/or sofa bed (if applicable). The beds are unmade. Bed linen is changed every 7 nights; towels are not. Towel changes (for all registered guests) are available upon request and at an additional cost of 9 euros per person. Example of towel change if you are 4 people: 9 eur x 4 people = 36 eur to be paid maximum 24h before at the office. No changes will be made for fewer people than registered in the accommodation.

No personal hygiene products or food are provided. You will not find any products left by previous customers, as we remove all belongings from previous customers.

Is there room service, cleaning service, luggage storage etc.?


We offer accommodation rental by the night or week, without services associated with those offered by other types of establishments such as hotels or aparthotels. We change sheets weekly (not the towels).

When I try to book, why am I sometimes unable to select the dates I want?


There is a minimum number of nights required to book the apartments, depending on the time of year. Try a different combination of check-in and check-out dates, or increase the number of nights.
