Description of the 1 bedroom flats:
For a maximum of 2 people with balcony
- 2 single beds in the bedroom.
- 1 sofa in the living room, table and 2 chairs (for two people).
- Furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool or Arquitecte Gaudi street (to be selected by the client when booking).
Flats B13, B23 or B33 (not ground floor) have a small balcony with pool view. Flats D11, D21 or D31 (not on the ground floor) have a balcony and a view of the Arquitecte Gaudi street. Assignment of floor according to availability.
For max. 4 persons with balcony on pool side or street side
- 2 single beds in the bedroom.
- 1 double sofa bed for two people in the living room.
- Furnished balcony overlooking the street or the pool, depending on the client’s reservation.
The apartments are assigned on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor (not ground floor) depending on our availability and the balcony views booked by the client.
For a maximum of 4 people with terrace
- 2 single beds in the bedroom.
- 1 double sofa bed for two people in the living room.
- Furnished terrace pool side.
Only these ground floor apartments have a terrace with a parasol and are also assigned according to availability within their typology. These apartments do not have direct access to the pool.

Description for all 1 bedroom apartments interiors:
The lounge dining area has an air conditioning/hot air pump, as well as a 40″ TV. The open kitchen to the lounge is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, Moka coffee maker (not electric), microwave, kitchen utensils and washing machine.
There are 2 single beds in the bedroom.
The apartments have 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower with a screen, a balcony (or terrace) with a table and chairs. Only on the terraces are parasols provided.
Sheets, bathroom towels and kitchen utensils are included in the price.
Bathrooms renovated in 2023. Kitchens renovated in 2024.
The apartments are equipped for the maximum capacity of the reserved apartment.
General services to all apartments:
Free Wifi. Communal swimming pool with water slide and free sun loungers.
Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen utensils are provided, included in price. We change sheets and bath towels every 7 nights.
