Description of the 2-bedroom Apartments:
Main Building, A-B -D
For up to 6 people with balcony with street view, pool view or terrace.
- Main bedroom with double bed (150×190), not avialble in the C building apartments
- Second bedroom (children’s) with two single beds.
- 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
- Furnished balcony without sun-umbrella, or, terrace with sun-umbrella.
The apartments are assigned on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor (not ground floor) depending on our availability and the balcony views booked by the client.
Only the ground floor apartments have a terrace with a parasol and are also assigned according to availability within their typology. These apartments do not have direct access to the pool.
Annex C Building, at Arquitecte Gaudi Street number 13
For a maximum of 6 people with balcony or terrace.
- 2 single beds in each bedroom (both main and children’s bedroom).
- 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
- Furnished balcony or terrace without parasol, allocation subject to availability.
The apartments have garden/city views and some have limited side views of the pool.
The apartments are assigned according to availability. Building with elevator, easy access with ramp at the entrance.
Quiet building within the Sa Gavina complex, with only 3 apartments per floor.

Description of the interior of all 2 bedroom apartments:
The lounge dining area has an air conditioning/hot air pump, as well as a 40″ TV. The open kitchen to the lounge is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, Moka coffee maker (not electric), microwave, kitchen utensils and washing machine.
The bed arrangement varies according to the description indicated for each type of apartment.
The apartments have 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower with a screen, a balcony (or terrace) with a table and chairs. Only on the terraces of the main building are parasols provided.
Sheets, bathroom towels and kitchen utensils are included in the price.
Bathrooms renovated in 2023. Kitchens renovated in 2024.
The apartments are equipped for the maximum capacity of the reserved apartment.
General services to all apartments:
Free Wifi. Communal swimming pool with water slide and free sun loungers.
Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen utensils are provided, included in price. We change sheets and bath towels every 7 nights.
Buildings with lift and stairs. No ground floor flat with terrace has private or direct access to the swimming pool, nor to the garden in building C which is closed (no access).
