The beaches of l’Estartit will be able to accommodate all the bathers of a regular season – June 2020

L’Estarit has more than 3 km of beaches (Platja Principal, Platja dels Griells and Platja de la Pletera) with enough capacity to accommodate all the bathers of a regular season and meet, at the same time, all the safety requirements of the Covid-19. In order to comply with the distancing measures it will only be necessary to relocate the users, so that everyone has the possibility to enjoy a bath in the municipality.

The city council will reinforce the staff of civic agents and informers, who will be in charge of evaluating the influx of bathers in each sector and providing information to meet the sanitary requirements. The objective is that all bathers can enjoy the beaches with the minimum possible restrictions and with the maximum of safety measures.
