SA GAVINA GAUDÍ
The Sa Gavina Gaudí Apartments are located 400 meters from the beach of Estartit, on the Costa Brava. The complex is distributed around an outdoor pool with a water slide. Barely 5 minutes walk to the beach. In the neighborhood and from a short distance of the apartments there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, among others.
Each apartment has a lounge diner area with a 40″ flat screen TV with satellite channels , air conditioning/hot air, a double sofa bed for 2 persons. The open kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, microwave, moka pot of the Italian type and a toaster. All apartments have a balcony (or terrace) with table and chairs.
All bathrooms have been renovated in 2023 offering a new and modern installation that includes an easily accessible walk-in shower.
Bed linen and bathroom towels are changed weekly, included in the price.
Free WIFI service and sunbeds at the pool.
Pool is available daily from 10 am to 19.45 pm (during high season of July and Augost). Children must always be accompanied by an adult and will not be allowed to stay alone in the pool area followiong Spanish laws.
We have apartments of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with a total of 76 accommodations in the complex. In the bedrooms there are single beds (twin beds). The sofa-bed in the living room converts into a double bed, where children or adults can sleep (except in the 1 bedroom apartment for 2 persons, there is only a sofa).
The apartments are cleaned and disinfected upon the arrival of the clients, but personal hygiene, ammenities or food products are not provided. Upon arrival, you will find a free Courtesy Kit that includes some cleaning products, which will not be replaced. Toilet paper is not provided.
Clients under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
The pool is for the exclusive use of the guests staying, it is not allowed to bring guests.
Our apartments are situated a short walk from the center of Estartit and the beach.
In front of the building we have municipal facilities and a green area that include a children’s playground, ping-pong tables, a basketball hoop, exercise machines from the health network, agility field for dogs and pipican, a football field, basket and a skate area.
The Medas Islands Natural Park is an ideal place to practice scuba diving, snorkeling and many other nautical activities. The beach of Estartit is long and of fine sand, reaching the mouth of the Ter river.

Self catering apartment for max. 2 persons (no sofa-bed in the lounge diner area) or for max. 4 persons (sofa-bed in the lounge diner area). Views from the balcony street side are to the Arquitecte Gaudi Street and the park in front of the building. It si also possible to book a pool side balcony or terrace on the ground floor apartment.
Self catering apartment for max. 6 persons (sofa-bed in the lounge diner area). Views from the balcony street side are to the Arquitecte Gaudi Street. All the apartments in the C building Anex have either terrace or balcony with views to the closed garden. In the main building is possible to book pool side balcony or terrace on the ground floor.
Self catering apartment for max. 8 persons (sofa-bed in the lounge diner area). We only have a few units of this type: three are on the first, second or third floor and the three of them have a balcony with pool views. The ground apartment has a big terrace overloooking the pool, we have one unit of this type in the complex.
