Playa Grande Beach
This is the most famous beach in l’Estartit, as it is in front of all the services and is located in front of the residential centre of Estartit. It is divided into three beaches: the central beach, Griells beach and Pletera beach. Griells beach has a dog-friendly area. On this beach you can rent skates, kayaks, paddle surf, deck chairs… It also has an area for children’s activities.

This cove is located 12 km from l’Estartit, along a mountain path that can be reached on foot. It can also be reached by car. It is a beach with crystal clear water and surrounded by mountains with cliffs.
Ferriol Cove
It is a beautiful, wild cove with crystal-clear water that will leave you speechless. The only downside is that you have to walk 1 hour from l’Estartit to get to the cove. However, it is worth it. We recommend doing the excursion early in the morning to avoid the heat of the sun in summer.
Pedrosa Cove
It is a small and little known cove in l’Estartit. It is ideal for those seeking solitude and tranquillity. It is an ideal beach for snorkelling, so we recommend you bring equipment such as booties and goggles to make the most of the fauna and flora of the cove.
Calella Cove
This is a cove about 30 minutes’ walk from l’Estartit. Although the path is not one of the easiest, it is worth the effort to reach the cove. We recommend wearing trainers for the walk, as there are usually some protruding stones.
