APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

For a maximum of 2 people with balcony

• 2 single beds in the bedroom.
• Furnished balcony overlooking the pool or the street (client decides when doing the reservation).

Apartments B13-B23-B33 are pool view (not ground floor) and have a small balcony.

Apartments D11-D21-D31 are street view and have a balcony.

Floor assignment upon availability. Lift to all floors.

For a maximum of 4 people with a balcony

• 2 single beds in the bedroom.
• 1 double sofa bed for two people in the living room.
• Furnished balcony overlooking the street or the pool, depending on the client’s reservation.

Apartment on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor (not ground floor). Floor assignment upon availability. Lift to all floors.

For a maximum of 4 people with terrace

• 2 single beds in the bedroom.
• 1 double sofa bed for two people in the living room.
• Furnished terrace pool side.

Apartments located on the ground floors of the building, access without lift, assignment upon availability.

Only the 1 bedroom apartments on the ground pool side have a terrace with sun-umbrella.

All clients access the pool through the same principal door there is no direct access to the pool from the terrace.

Description of the interior of all 1 bedroom apartments:

The living room has an air conditioning / hot air pump, as well as a 40″ TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, Moka coffee maker, microwave, kitchenware and washing machine. The apartment has 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower of easy access, a balcony (or terrace) with table and chairs.

Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen utensils are provided and included in the price.

We change sheets and towels every 7 nights.

The apartments are conviniently equipped for the maximum capacity of the apartment reserved by the client.
